Why you can trust me with your newborn’s sleep
I’ve been that exhausted, touched-out mum too. With my first baby, naps were a nightmare. She would only sleep on me, it took 30 minutes of rocking for a 10-minute bassinet nap, and I spent most days trapped under a baby, tired, overwhelmed and completely touched out. I honestly thought that was just “how newborns are.”
That experience is what led me to become a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant – because I knew there had to be an easier, gentler, better way. With my second baby, I did things differently. I set up solid, realistic sleep foundations from the very beginning – the exact ones I teach you inside this guide – and she’s loved her bassinet since the start and sleeping longer stretches overnight giving me a chance to catch for break for me.
I know what it feels like to be exhausted, doubting yourself and desperate for a break…and I also know how life-changing it is when naps and night times are calm, predictable and your evenings are your own again.
